Automatic Pre-Made Bag Packager – For Snacks, Liquids & Powders
This preformed bag filling and sealing machine handles any bag type you throw at it – flat pouches, reclosable zipper bags, doypack stand-up pouches, and quad-seal bags. The automatic pick-and-place system transfers bags from the magazine to the filler sealer with zero bag waste.
Designed for product versatility, the packager accepts auger fillers for powders like protein and flour, multi-head weighers for snacks and frozen vegetables, and piston fillers for sauces and liquids. Sealing systems include heat seal for standard films and ultrasonic seal for heavy-duty zipper bags.
The machine includes a bag ejector for mis-opened or unfilled pouches, ensuring only complete bags reach the downstream conveyor. An optional gas flush system replaces oxygen with nitrogen to preserve freshness for coffee and nuts.
Operators appreciate the no-tool changeover design – bag grippers and seal jaws adjust with hand dials. A compact footprint makes it suitable for factories with limited floor space.
