Описание продукта
In juice filling, the parameter that determines shelf life and flavor retention is not the filler’s speed but the product temperature at the moment of filling and the integrity of the sterile path from the sterilizer to the filler head. This line is designed around that chain rather than around the filler as a standalone unit. The line’s tubular or plate sterilizer is sized to bring the juice to the target sterilization temperature and hold it for the required dwell time,
